VPS Service - Swap

All services/bots will be moved onto a new VPS. The current VPS pricing has been changed, and I wish to just move towards a new one. The date is when the current plan ends.

All services have been shut down. Still awaiting on new parts so I can bring everything back up. ETA is unknown.

Since youtube has been cracking down on music bots on discord, the choice was made to discontinue the bot to minimalize a risk of notice from Youtube since the main source of music has been from YouTube.

Issue identified: The host has once again dropped the container and the online status of all bots will slowly fall under the guidelines I keep for the bots. (18:26 — Jun 15)
Monitoring: We decided to part from the current host and move to another. We are watching the performance of the two bots. (05:00 — Jul 1)
Fixed: Everything should be back online and running normally.. (05:00 — Sep 10)
